Now that we are post-covid things are changing.
I am happy to be able to start face to face therapy sessions in a new office in Water Street Business Centre, Port Talbot, SA12 6LZ.
Starting November 17th I’ll be seeing couples & individuals. In Person Sessions are on Fridays only at the moment.
Tuesdays – Thursdays remain online for psychotherapy and supervision.
HOW IT WORKS (online only).
Contact me by email or phone and we can arrange an Initial Assessment before we start a series of sessions.
I work primarily with VSee but also with Zoom so register with either and let me know which. We then set up meeting times & days. (Skype is considered to be less safe for therapy from a security of data point of view).
On the day, I will meet you online as agreed, allowing some extra time on the first session to get the hang of the electronics.
Make sure that you are in a quiet place and your computer/electronic device is secure. If you use headphones this limits external noise. If you don’t, be aware that sound from electronic devices is more piercing than normal sound so make sure windows or doors are closed.
Make sure that you won’t be disturbed for 50 minutes.
Fees are transferred electronically before each session; details will be in my confirmation email.

I am a highly trained and very experienced counsellor and psychotherapist working locally in Buckinghamshire. My specialist training is in Psycho-Sexual and relationship therapy for individuals & couples. I am also a trainer and clinical supervisor.
I work with individuals, couples and small group as well as student/trainee psychotherapists working at levels 4-8.
You can find me in Amersham and Chesham where I offer a general therapeutic service and also a specialism in psycho-sexual & relationship therapy. I also offer some specific couples and relationship sessions in Leighton Buzzard.
